Hedi Slimane en una fiesta para VMan Magazine y Calvin klein en New york esta semana; incluido en "la lista" de los mejor vestidos del mundo por Vanity Fair, para el 2006; Slimane se retira de Dior, casa de la que fuese director creativo de toda la linea masculina: Dior Homme, Dior perfumes y la linea de cosmeticos para hombre, Slimane artista y fan del rock , definio un look androgino con vestidos "skinny", pantalones de tiro corto y ajustados, logro la admiracion de Jean Paul Gaultier y de Karl Lagerfeld (Fendi y Chanel), a quien convirtio en un fiel cliente de sus piezas para Dior.

Tal como lo hizo el mismo Christian Dior con " The New Look", a Slimane se le podria atribuir " The Sleek look", dodo justo, todo delgado, chic desalineado... dentro o fuera de la familia Dior. Slimane sera desde su imagen personal, un perpetuo: icono.

The same as Christian Dior made "The New look", we could attribute "The Sleek Look" to Mr Slimane, everything tight, everything slim, effortless chic, in or out of the Dior family, Salimane will always be a best dressed list part of, an one of my icons.
