The Glee cast performs Bowie’s "Fashion" (with Dianna Agron looking AWESOME in Marc Jacobs) to promote Fashion's Night Out, the expected promotions are attributed to Anna Winter’s daughter Bee Shafer since she works for Glee creator Ryan Murphy's production company.
